Standard delivery across Kenya costs KSh 1,000. A valid free-delivery coupon may remove this charge. Bulk, unusually large or special-handling orders may receive a separately confirmed delivery cost.

Standard in-stock orders are normally delivered within 1–4 business days after availability and order details are confirmed. Bulk, made-to-order and special-handling orders may take longer, and OfficePoint will confirm their delivery date separately.

After an approved return is received and inspected, OfficePoint processes the refund within 7 days through the original payment method where practical or another agreed method. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.

A warranty applies only where it is stated for the product or confirmed in writing. Coverage and duration vary by product, manufacturer and supplier.

Yes. OfficePoint supports chairs, desks, workstations, boardrooms, reception areas and storage. Share room details, expected users and the required quantities.

Selected products may be customised or sourced to specification. Measurements, materials, deposit, lead time and return restrictions must be confirmed in the quotation.

Business purchasing arrangements can be reviewed. A purchase order does not override the accepted quotation, payment terms, stock confirmation or other written OfficePoint terms unless agreed.
